Nickolas VarVaro began his career while a teenager, working with demolition companies and masonry companies. Nick quietly observed a need for lawn care company that would provide specialty services often overlooked by other, larger landscaping firms. Seeing an opportunity to work outdoors and fill this need, Call Nick Property Maintenance, LLC began providing lawn maintenance and landscape construction services on Long Island, NY in 2021 for a variety of commercial & residential client.

Specializing in garden & landscape development and maintenance, for clients who were unable to do the work themselves or simply did not have the time to dedicate to the chore, quickly propelled the growth of the Company. Driven by requests for additional services, the service offerings quickly grew as well. Seeking a slightly smaller and more personal market to offer landscaping services, early in 2022 the company made the decision to relocate to Rochester, NY, bringing the honest and unique landscaping services to the Western NY market.  

Once in Rochester, Nick quickly re-established the company and developed a solid customer base through lawn care and landscaping referrals. The organization continues to grow and now offers an expanded list of services including: Masonry Repair, Landscaping, Lawn Care, Mulching, Property Cleanup & Maintenance, Snow Removal, & Bulk Material Hauling.
